My Strength and Weaknesses !

Hey folks ! i'm back !xD yeahh thanks again if u are waiting to read my entry long time(errrr==') ok back to my headline post, strength and weaknesses ??erm my strength are always be positive in thinking because i'll makes my self confidence level higher and i love learning new things, as strange as it may sound, my lover for learning is one of the greatest strengths. I actually enjoy studying and i love hearing new thoughts and different ideas from other people. Maybe i can adaptable to many working environments and places and achieve my goals!!

Next, i really have many weaknesses but in the answer, there didn't write any weaknesses. But i think my weaknesses is memory the thing. Because i am very forgetful so now i am training my memory skill. And now, i have more interest more thing then last year so i can remember thing more. I hope it will be better in future. Next, my weakness is in language learning and usage is participating in conversations. Yeah i'm too slow in processing what somebody says to me==' somehow, i seldom share anything with other people. I am the listening type and sometimes speaking out my thoughts come across to me as intimidating. Unless i am required to, i stay on the quite side during discussions. I am one of those people who fear failure and can feel miserable for an entire day from answering a question wrong. In addition, i will put me to pressure in order to complete the given work on time==' oh my god urgh, but somehow I want to learn how to take risks and start asking more questions instead of quietly hoping for other people to ask them for me.
